Condition:

This building toy is in Brand New In Box (NIB) / Factory Sealed condition. As a family business, we know how important box condition is to LEGO collectors! This set has never been opened and the original factory tape seals are fully intact on the edges. While the contents inside are pristine and untouched, please note that the exterior cardboard box does show some very minor, honest shelf wear. You will notice slight creasing and edge wear along the bottom front edge and the bottom cardboard flap (which is clearly visible in the reference files "image_120726.png" and "image_120ac5.jpg"). We believe in complete honesty with our neighbors, so please review all close-up photos carefully to see the exact ready-to-build condition of this magical set before bringing it home!
